Representatives of Tomas Bata University in Zlín attended the largest Czech conference focused on the internationalization of higher education – CZEDUCON. The Centre for International Cooperation in Education (DZS) organized the second year of the conference under the patronage of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. CZEDUCON attracted 500 visitors, who could choose from 42 lectures and workshops. Main topics of the conference were: challenges of internationalization in Czech higher education, international education and professional career, international education for everybody, recruitment of international students and international education in the time of changes. The conference was attended by 10 TBU employees (International Department, FHS, FaME, FT and FAI) who will implement the acquired knowledge into practice at our university.
