The University of Algarve (UAlg) is one of the most popular destinations for Erasmus+ student mobility. Since 2011, we have implemented more than 170 mobilities in both directions. Based on the long-term interest of students and in accordance with TBU’s strategy, we have decided to intensify our cooperation and focus more on joint study programs and projects.
TBU representatives discussed, in particular, the possibilities of double degree programs in the field of IT at the doctoral level. Attendees to the meeting were representatives of UAlg – Vice-Rector João Rodrigues, the coordinator from International Office – Dr. Marleni Azevedo, and associate professors from the Faculty of Sciences and Technology.
TBU already cooperated with UAlg on the European Universities initiative – consortium Sustainable Horizon and is an associate member of the ongoing Erasmus Mundus project, which focuses on chemical innovation and regulation and is coordinated by UAlg as well.
