“Winter is coming.” famous motto of the Stark family from the Games of Thrones, which tells us that autumn is slowly coming to an end and we can start preparing for the upcoming winter evenings where days get unfortunately shorter. And what’s worse, a pandemic!

However, for those of you who like to watch something, we have prepared a list of movies that have been released in the last year and are worth seeing. Whether you slip into action with Thor or into parallel worlds with Spider-Man or the war for England, you will definitely not be bored.

Let’s start with action movie fans or just people that wishes to see some action movie with famous faces in it, Extraction is the movie for you. The main protagonist is Thor himself (Chris Hemsworth), in a movie where hardened mercenary’s mission becomes a soul-searching race to survive when he’s sent into Bangladesh to rescue a drug lord’s kidnapped son.  The Invisible Man

After an action movie or for horror fans, you can throw yourself into a horror movie The Invisible Man. Where the unseen maniac returns to terrorize his former girlfriend in this 2020 reboot starring Elisabeth Moss. (Amazon Prime)

Hubie Halloween

You can chill yourself a bit after seeing the previously mentioned horror movie with Hubie Halloween, featuring Adam Sandler, who, as a Hubie is not the most popular guy in Salem, Mass., but when Halloween turns truly spooky, this good-hearted scaredy-cat sets out to keep his town safe.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Phil Lord and Chris Miller, the creators of the hits such as Lego Story and 21 Jump Street, combined their ingenuity and talent to introduce the audience to the as yet unknown world of Spider-Man in a groundbreaking and unique visual style movie. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse takes us to the world of Brooklyn teen Miles Morales, whom after being bitten by a radioactive spider, gets a crash course in web-slinging from his alternate-dimension counterparts. The King

For fans of historical movies or just for someone who would like to see some different movie genre than usual, we can recommend The King movie. Where wayward Prince Hal must turn from carouser to warrior king as he faces hostilities from inside and outside the castle walls in the battle for England.
