This year, for the very first time, Tomas Bata University in Zlín is organising summer schools online.
Due to the great interest of applicants, we have opened the course Quantitative Tools For Qualified Managerial Decision Making, which is being supervised by the Faculty of Management and Economics. The course attracted 17 participants, mostly from Europe (especially Germany). Summer school students have the opportunity to gain knowledge in the field of managerial decision-making, which is based on quantitative indicators and statistics. They will also get acquainted with modern trends in this area. Teaching takes place via the interactive online application MS Teams. The course ends with an exam, and successful graduates will receive a certificate with an ECTS credit evaluation.
TBU in Zlín thus responds to the requirements of the education market, which is being partially transformed into the online world due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
