He is a member of the Scientific Board of the Faculty of Humanities of TBU and the Doctoral Study Board.
What he says about his work:
“I am happy that hundreds of dedicated, well-prepared students graduate at the Faculty of Humanities and enter classrooms all over the country. I am also pleased that first graduates in the doctoral programme in Educational Studies launched their professional careers in the educational area. As a researcher, I enjoy that we succeeded in developing or adapting research tools to assess core teachers´ characteristics like teacher self-efficacy and teacher beliefs and conducted studies in these domains, which were published in international journals.”
